4. Performance and Aggregated Telemetry Cookies
Performance tokens allow us to monitor aggregated traffic patterns, identify slow-loading catalogue pages, and measure uptime reliability across Indian telecom networks (such as Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone Idea).
Aggregated Page Views: Tracking visits to digital catalogues so suppliers can see how many wholesale buyers browsed their collections.
Core Web Vitals Telemetry: Monitoring Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) to maintain sub-second catalogue rendering on 4G connections.
Zero Personal Profiling: Performance telemetry is aggregated and depersonalized. We do not use third-party behavioral retargeting networks.
To deliver end-to-end commerce capabilities, BizManch interfaces with licensed third-party service providers who may set cookies under their respective domains:
Razorpay Software Private Limited: When you upgrade your subscription plan or pay an invoice, Razorpay sets essential fraud prevention and device authentication cookies (rzp_device_id) in compliance with RBI Payment Aggregator regulations.
Meta Platforms / WhatsApp Web: When a buyer clicks Send Enquiry on WhatsApp, a clean deep link opens WhatsApp Web or the native WhatsApp application on mobile. Meta handles message dispatch under its independent privacy and cookie policies.
Cloud Infrastructure (AWS & Cloudflare): Session routing cookies to deliver high availability and mitigate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) threats.
