• Product Catalogue Content: Photographs, product names, descriptions, wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and inventory specifications uploaded by suppliers.
• Wholesale Buyer Enquiry Information: When a prospective buyer submits an inquiry, requests wholesale pricing, or builds an order cart on a catalogue, we record the buyer name, verified mobile number, city, and item selections to transmit them directly to the catalogue owner.
• Basic Operational Telemetry: Standard browser type, device category, timestamp, and anonymous interaction signals used strictly to maintain uptime, prevent abusive traffic spikes, and optimize catalogue delivery speeds.

3. Commercial Purpose of Processing

We process collected data solely for legitimate business operations:

• To host, render, and distribute fast digital catalogues across mobile and desktop devices.
• To format wholesale product carts and route buyer enquiries to the supplier via WhatsApp.
• To authenticate supplier logins securely through one-time password (OTP) verification.
• To provide suppliers with aggregated performance metrics such as total views and unique product clicks.

4. Direct Catalogue Traffic vs Future Marketplace Discovery

In such optional discovery environments, prospective buyers conducting general searches across the platform may be matched with multiple participating suppliers according to industry relevance. A supplier dedicated private catalogue traffic and customer relationships remain independent and exclusive.

BizManch facilitates order communications between wholesale buyers and suppliers. By entering your mobile number to view pricing or dispatch an order enquiry, you consent to receive direct transaction messages and verification codes via WhatsApp. BizManch does not send spam or share your mobile number with unrelated commercial telemarketers.

6. Data Security & Retention Standards

We implement administrative and technical safeguards to protect stored data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All catalogue traffic is served over secure Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) with TLS 1.3 encryption.

Account records are retained while the subscription remains active. When an account is closed or terminated, catalogue images and customer listings are removed from public display within 30 days, subject to standard statutory billing and tax retention requirements.

Account holders retain the following rights regarding their information:

• Access and Review: You can view your catalogue items, enquiry history, and profile data at any time from your account settings.
